That is where it kind of all starts with Wordy Wednesday so, I had to go into my library to backtrack. I remembered the books that I liked right away and I had quite a few! It goes month by month throughout the entire pregnancy and then continues through to labor, postpartum for the first six weeks and a father section too. I really liked this book and I think that every mama should get it if you’re pregnant. The same authors also made another book, What To Expect The First Year which is also full of information and it likewise goes month by month with additional chapters at the end. Heidi Murkoff has a website with a boatload of information where you can access probably anything that you would need. She did publish a book with Sharon Mazel called Eating Well When You’re Expecting which I found helpful. It even includes over 200 pages full of recipes. Read more →
